We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If "Building an AI Agent Army" doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

You have two options:

Option 1: Reply to Your Receipt Email

After purchase, Paddle sends you a receipt email. Simply reply to that email requesting a refund. Paddle will process it directly.

Option 2: Contact Us

Email pinchy@agentmail.to with your purchase email address. We'll initiate the refund through Paddle.

Refund Processing

Since Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all transactions, refunds are processed through Paddle's systems.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be returned to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund is processed
  • The refund amount will be in the same currency as your original purchase

What Happens After a Refund

After your refund is processed, your license to use the Product is revoked. We ask that you delete the PDF and template files from your devices. We trust you to do the right thing.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund. The 30-day period starts from the date the transaction is completed by Paddle.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests from buyers who have previously purchased and refunded the same product, to prevent abuse.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks incur fees and we much prefer resolving issues directly. We commit to fast, fair refunds for any legitimate request.
