Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of "Building an AI Agent Army" (the "Product"), a digital guide and template bundle sold by QuantaCodes Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Merchant of Record

All payments for the Product are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase the Product, you are entering into a transaction with Paddle, and their Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy apply to the payment transaction.

Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, sales tax, VAT, and invoicing on our behalf. We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment information.

3. Product Description

The Product consists of:

• A PDF guide (170+ pages, 16 chapters)
• A template bundle (97 files in a .zip archive)

The Product is delivered as a one-time digital download. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no physical delivery.

4. License and Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Read and use the guide for personal and commercial purposes
• Use, modify, and deploy the template files in your own projects, including client work
• Use the templates for any number of your own agent setups

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the PDF guide or template bundle (in whole or in part)
• Upload the Product to file-sharing sites, torrents, or public repositories
• Claim authorship of the guide or its contents
• Use the Product to create a directly competing guide or template bundle for sale

5. Updates

Purchasers receive all future updates to the Product at no additional cost. Updates are delivered via the same download method as the original purchase. We are under no obligation to provide updates, but intend to update the Product as multi-agent patterns evolve.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed through Paddle's systems.

7. Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or revenue from using the guide or templates. The Product contains educational content and production-tested patterns, but results depend on your implementation, platform, and use case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantaCodes Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Product.

9. Intellectual Property

The guide content, writing, structure, and methodology (including the REEFS methodology) are the intellectual property of QuantaCodes Solutions. The template files are licensed for your use per Section 4 above. Agent names (Pinchy, Chitin, Barnacle, Reef, Kelp, Tide, Coral, Plankton, Current, Urchin, Krill, Anemone) are used for educational purposes within the guide.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
